- We offer a postural yoga-pilates training programme and regain guests' physical and mental balance. We release guests from the stress of their daily routine. Our NEW Postural Yoga-Pilates programme is a team training designed to relax, rebalance and recover our guests body's energies. It will lead guests to focus on improving strength and flexibility, with the help of techniques (Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Relaxation) that will give them the awareness of good posture.
